Processing Time

  • We partner with multiple logistics companies to offer a variety of shipping options. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days for international orders.

Order Tracking

Duties and Taxes

  • Product prices include duties and taxes. We generally operate on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, so you do not need to pay additional fees upon receipt of your order.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is damaged or missing, contact us within 24 hours, providing photos and detailed descriptions. We will promptly address the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Custom Orders

  • For products with customization, we will confirm all details with you via pictures and videos before shipping. Please ensure all details are correct before confirmation. Custom orders are non-returnable once confirmed.

  • Due to the pandemic or other force majeure events, delivery times may be delayed. We will strive to ensure timely shipping and will promptly notify you of any delays.
