Our store offers customization services for selected products. The production time depends on the quantity ordered and the complexity of the items. All customized products are made from natural stone, thus we can only guarantee that the material and design will generally match. Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

About Variations

Due to the natural characteristics of stone, each piece has unique textures and variations in color. These differences are what distinguish stone from other industrial products, making each stone piece unique, precious, and beautiful. Please consider this before purchasing. Manual measurement may result in an error of 1 to 3 cm. Colors may vary under different lighting and monitors, so please refer to the actual product.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, please immediately check the packaging for integrity and verify the quantity and style of the products. If there are any issues, contact customer service right away. If an item is damaged during shipping, contact customer service within 24 hours and retain the original packaging to prove that the damage was caused by transportation. If the original packaging is not retained, we reserve the right to refuse any responsibility for the damage.
